Installing and Configuring AIO Contact Plugin
Installation:
Navigate to Plugins > Add New in WordPress.
Click Upload Plugin, ensuring you’ve downloaded the installable file from CodeCanyon.
Choose the ZIP file and click Install Now.
After installation, activate the plugin.
Setup:
A new menu item called "AIO Contact" will appear. Click on it.
You can either start from scratch or use the provided sample items. For this guide, use the sample.
Configuration:
Adding Items: You can add single or multiple contact methods (e.g., WhatsApp).
Agent Management: Add agents with availability settings. Availability is in 24-hour format (e.g., 6 PM is 1800 hours).
Time Zone: Set the agent’s time zone for accurate availability display.
Testing:
Test the configuration by checking availability and adding sample agents.
Integration with Contact Form 7:
Ensure Contact Form 7 is installed with at least one form.
Add the Contact Form 7 form in AIO Contact and test it.
Using Shortcodes:
Add shortcodes from plugins like Shortcodes Ultimate.
Configure the shortcode with a name, icon, and colour.
Final Check:
Verify that everything is working correctly on your site.
